Description

Immerse yourself in the healing powers of art and nature on these excursions featuring Breckenridge International Festival of Arts Trail Mix art installation, Soft Gaze by Camille Hoffman.

Soft Gaze invites an eye-to-eye meeting between forest and humans, as well as an offering of appreciation and protection from unnatural cycles of destruction.

Mindfulness expert, Leslie Glenn, guides participants through personal reflection and creates meaningful conversations centered in mental health and wellbeing along the trail.

Please bring appropriate shoes, clothing, sunscreen, water and snacks and be prepared to walk up to 3 miles.
