Pathway to Homeownership (English Session) - Town of Breck

Description

The Town of Breckenridge and the Summit County Housing Authority (SCHA) are hosting two upcoming public sessions to introduce local residents to the homebuying process for workforce housing. These sessions present an overview of how to become a homeowner in Summit County by demystifying the process, explaining workforce housing options and providing concrete guidance and resources on where to begin.

Both sessions are free to the public and will be held at the Colorado Mountain College Breckenridge campus auditorium (107 Denison Placer Road, Breckenridge, CO 80424). The first session on Monday, October 27 from 6:00-7:30pm will be held in Spanish, and the second session on Tuesday, November 4 from 6:00-7:30pm will be held in English. Food and drinks will be provided for participants for both sessions. Registration is NOT required!
