Trail Stewardship Day with FDRD (Building Hope)

Description

Our local trail systems is part of what makes Summit County such an awesome place to live and play. Help preserve and maintain those trails by joining local non-profit Friends of Dillon Ranger District for a trail stewardship day!

F?or this trail stewardship day we will be working on trail tread improvements and corridor clearing near Swan Mountain.

Please be prepared with the following:

-Work gloves if you have them

-Work or hiking boots (NO sandals, flip flops or minimalist shoes)

-Long pants

-Long-sleeved shirt

-Warm layers

-Rain gear

-Hat

-Sunglasses (eye protection)

-Sunscreen

-Allergy medications

-Day pack

-Snacks/lunch

-PLEASE bring enough drinking water (at least 2 liters per person)

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Ages 6-15 need to be accompanied by an adult.

Ages 16-18 must have parental consent via the FDRD waiver to attend.
